The fiery plane crash that killed a Wisconsin couple at Joliet Regional Airport happened while they were taking off, investigators learned Friday. Stuart D. Seffern, 50, and his longtime partner, Deborah A. Loiselle, 52, died of chest and head trauma, according to Saturday autopsy results.
