Screams from her brother-in-law awakened Sabrina Janczak and her husband, Todd, the day after they arrived in Ashkelon, Israel. Arson spree to cost man nearly $1 million
A Naperville real estate agent is liable for making nearly $1 million restitution for fires he set over an 18-month period that destroyed one house and damaged three other homes on the city's far south and southwest sides. Richard J. Knapp also faces a possible seven-year prison term in connection with the blazes.
